Andrea Dias-Machado Huliau Aloha, LLC Owner, Facilitator
Andrea serves as an agent of positive change and transformation. She possesses more than 20 years of experience in direct service and leadership positions across multiple systems which span juvenile justice, counseling, youth development, education, and community engagement. She is the owner of Huliau Aloha LLC providing a suite of high-quality, unprecedented consulting services for businesses, organizations and communities to achieve their mission and vision. She has facilitated diverse, multi stakeholder groups towards finding common purpose and aligning their strengths, opportunities and resources for the health and well-being of communities.
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology Degree with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Chaminade University. She is grateful to join the One Shared Future Team to support the healing and transformation of our communities one human being at a time.
