Aubrey Yee, PhD Transformational Leadership Coach, Futurist & Facilitator
Aubrey is a futurist, transformational leadership coach, facilitator, writer and systems-thinker in service to imagining and supporting the emerging, beloved futures. First and foremost she is the mother to two young world changing souls and friend to all who love the earth.
With over two decades of worldly experience in realms as wide ranging as entrepreneurship to systems transformation, leadership development and alternative futures for community collective action, all of her work builds on a vision of life-centric futures that embrace shared thriving between human and non human lifeforms.
Aubrey received her PhD in Alternative Futures and Indigenous Politics from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in 2019. She was the Network Weaver for the Omidyar Fellows program in Hawai’i from 2014-2021. She is currently facilitating the Rhizome Fellowship where she co-stewards a collective of social and environmental activists around the globe. She is also the founder of Our Beloved Future, a consultancy and coaching practice helping to catalyze imaginaries of just, thriving futures.
One Shared Future is where Aubrey applies her global vision to her genealogical and heart home, Hawaiʻi. Using her capacity to hold transformative space and weave networks in service to thriving futures for our State.
