Selena ChingDirector of Programs & Operations

Selena is all about mission: she has worked in executive management, governance, fundraising, and communication roles in the San Francisco, New York City, and Honolulu nonprofit sector for the last 30+ years. Since coming home to Hawai‘i, she has served as the executive director for REHAB Foundation and the Hawaii Youth Symphony. She is an advocate for building stronger communities through sensible collaboration and partnerships as a Principal of Changing Lanes Solutions. She is often inspired by the commitment, passion and selfless acts of those working—at every level—in the public and community-based sectors.

At OSF, Selena appreciates working with many of these people who are willing to explore transformational change and further pull upon their strengths to effect innovative, meaningful improvements in our communities. She is a graduate of Tufts University and received her MBA from the McLaren School of Business.
